First, we connect prospective patients with our Admissions Department staff to discuss our program options and answer any initial questions the patient may have. If our mental health and substance use disorders treatment options seem to be the right fit for the patient’s needs, the patient then meets by video call with our Medical Director to discuss any remaining questions or concerns. After this, our staff and the prospective patient work together to decide the best plan and timing for admission.
